Refund Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. Refund requests for pre-owned luxury goods are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

If you believe an item is fake or inauthentic, a refund may be accepted only when the item is proven inauthentic by a qualified third-party expert authenticator, such as Dr. Runway, B101revue, or Legit Grails. Verbal-only authentication will be accepted. A written report, certificate, screenshot or other official documentation from the authenticator must be provided with your refund request.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with original tags, packaging, and included accessories intact. Refunds are processed after the returned item and authentication documentation have been reviewed. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, damage, or missing inclusions may not qualify. Shipping fees, authentication fees and other applicable charges are non-refundable.
